# **How can we help?**

BaanVrij is not a party to your booking. The right route therefore depends on your question.

## **Booking, payment or cancellation**

Contact the club or booking platform where you made the reservation. BaanVrij does not receive your payment and cannot view, change, refund or cancel a booking.

## **Incorrect club information**

Check the external club page first, as that information is definitive. A direct BaanVrij feedback channel for corrections is still being set up. We will only publish an address here once it is actively managed.

## **General feedback**

A general contact channel will be added here too. We deliberately do not publish an unconfirmed email address. Until then, you can continue to use BaanVrij without creating an account or leaving contact details.
