**How it works**

# **How we build the results**

We want to answer one question quickly: where are you likely to be able to play? We make it clear when information is less certain.

1. ## **1. You choose**

   Select a city, date, time window and playing duration.
2. ## **2. We compare**

   BaanVrij requests available information from supported booking sources and turns it into one overview.
3. ## **3. The club confirms**

   Open the external booking page. Only there can you confirm the final time, price and booking terms.

## **How reliable is a result?**

### **Current times**

For supported sources, we can request available courts or start times. Even then, somebody may book the last spot just before you.

### **Estimate**

Public Playtomic information can run ahead of what is actually bookable at checkout. We therefore mark these counts with a tilde and the word ‘estimate’.

### **Booking link only**

If we cannot read the available times, we still list the location and send you to its booking page to check for yourself.

## **Freshness and prices**

A search uses the newest information offered by the source at that moment; a short technical cache may speed up repeated requests. Prices are only shown when the source provides them. The external booking page is always definitive.
